At Lizakosht, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order(Except for custom-made clothing such as suits & dresses)

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include any documentation, tags, or accessories that came with the item.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
